Who teaches where.
Early-years teachers stay with the little ones through the day. From Class 6 onwards, subject teachers take over so students get depth in each area.
Primary Wing Teacher
B.A., B.Ed.
Runs reading practice and the school's public-speaking sessions for the primary classes.
Mathematics Teacher
B.Sc., B.Ed.
Focuses on concept clarity and daily practice, with extra help sessions for students who need them.
Activity Teacher
Diploma in Fine Arts
Prepares students for inter-class competitions, annual day performances and craft displays.

Know every child
Not just the name — who is struggling with which topic, and who has gone quiet in the last two weeks.
Move around the room
Written work is supervised from among the desks, not from a chair at the front of the class.
Explain it twice, differently
If a child did not follow the first route into a concept, the teacher's job is to find a second one.
Be reachable to parents
Available at meetings and at the gate, with straight answers instead of reassuring ones.
Correct, don't just mark
A cross in a notebook without a correction beside it has taught the child nothing.
Keep learning
Staff discussions on classroom methods, activity ideas and handling children who need extra support.
